Team Travel
If your team is traveling they'll require a Hockey North Travel Permit. Permit applications must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to travel, along with your Hockey Canada Registry Team Sheet with your team ID number and bar code. Your registrar can produce the HCR Team Sheet for you.
Read and follow the rules listed on the application for travel permit. Check with your local Minor Hockey Executive for their additional guidelines. The application has a space for your league director's signature. Click the forms link below to access a travel pewrmit application.
